Paris

Paris was kind of great and kind of terrible. It was certainly a great city to look at, but the parks were mostly gravel dust bowls (maybe I'm just more used to parks in the UK), and the amount of time we spent queuing and going through security screenings to get into anything was ridiculous. It really detracted from the experience. But look at it, just look at it.

Even the details are something special.

But we've still got to do the tourist things.
